The L76 was derived from the LS2, a performance engine found in Chevrolet Corvettes manufactured during the time.
It featured an aluminum block and included active fuel management (AFM) and VVT.
The L76 is a direct upgrade from the LQ9, Generation III’s medium truck engine.
This engine is able to produce 367 horsepower.
