From 2007 to 2009, GM/Chevrolet had a handful of aluminum block 325s in production:
The LH6 was the first in the line of GM/Chev’y second generation 5.3 Vortect engines.
The LC9 was essentially a Flex Fuel version of the LH6. Later designs of the engine include VVT, but from 2007-2009 it wasn’t featured.
The LMG was a Flex Fuel version of the LY5. Like the LC9, later versions would include VVT, but from 2007 to 2009 it used a cam with the same specs as the first-generation L33.
