Description

The Chevy/GM 265, manufactured between 1994 and 1996, shared a 3.736 in cylinder bore with Chevy’s 305s from the era.

Referred to by enthusiasts as the “Baby LT1,” GM production called this motor the L99.

The L99 was designed using Chevy’s second-generation V8 architecture and is almost identical to the larger displacement 5.7L LT1s.
